Dennis M Walsh, owner

Dennis began his career working for insurance companies in 1986. Following that he worked as an Insurance Repair Contractor representing several major carriers. He has worked as Independent Adjuster, Claims Consultant and Expert witness for more than 35 years. He holds an Unrestricted Construction Supervisors Licence and is Licensed as an Adjuster in MA, RI, CT, FL, GA, NC, SC and USVI.

Derek Ashworth

Derek has worked for Coastwise for 13 years. Starting his earlier career in carpentry, Derek is an expert in new building construction and repairs. He holds an Unrestricted Construction Supervisor Licence and is licensed as an adjuster in MA, RI, CT

Ryan P Moore

Ryan has been working at Coastwise since the winter of 2017. He has an extensive residential, commercial, and heavy construction background. He has held an Unrestricted Construction Supervisors License in Massachusetts since 2008 and is a licensed public insurance adjuster in Massachusetts, Connecticut & Rhode Island.

Should I wait to see what my insurance company offer is before hiring a public adjuster?

No. Waiting to receive an offer than hiring a public adjuster is not recommended. When you do this it allows the company to have a low offer in mind first. Yes, the public adjuster can still get you more compensation coming in after you received an offer, but it is more of a battle for them. Also, a public adjuster will handle the whole claim for you so that you do not have to worry about it. Public adjusters are experts in claim handling and can relieve the stress of worrying about if you are handling your claim correctly every day.
